Shipping policy

DUE TO WEATHER DURING THE WINTER MONTHS (NOVEMBER TO APRIL) WE ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE ON THE PORCH OR OUTSIDE. THE RECIPIENT MUST BE HOME AND PROPER PHONE NUMBER (FOR RECIPIENT) GIVEN OR WE WILL HAVE TO REDELIVER AND CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE.

Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sunday - 10am - 4pm

DELIVERY POLICY

FUNERAL HOMES

Orders going to funeral homes are our highest priority. Generally orders can be fulfilled with a minimum of 3 hours notice if the order is placed during our regular business hours. If orders are placed too late for the funeral service, we will call to let you know so that you can make other arrangements. We will contact the funeral home to verify the appropriate time to deliver.

DELIVERY TO RESIDENTIAL HOMES

If you order before 1pm, we can typically deliver the same day, 7 days a week. Our deliveries to residential homes are from 10am- 5pm (excluding holidays). We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we can usually can deliver within a 3-4 hour time frame. You can indicate an AM/PM option under “special instructions “ and we will do our best to accommodate.
In the event that no one is home, our driver will attempt to contact the recipient to arrange an alternate delivery time.
